At MiO we realize shipping fees can take the fun right out of shopping on-line, so we decided to introduce a FLAT RATE SHIPPING FEE OF $10!  It doesn’t matter how many pieces you order or where you live in Canada or the United States. You will only be charged $10 for shipping!

 Within Canada: 2-7 business days (depending on your location)

 Within United States: 6-12 business days (depending on your location)

RISK FREE SHOPPING FOR 30 DAYS!

MiO wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on clean, unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping costs.  Please do not remove garment tags until you are sure of size and fit.  Returns and/or exchanges will be processed immediately upon receiving the ‘Return and Exchange Form”.   CLICK HERE . * FOR USA CUSTOMERS:  We suggest you ship your returns/exchanges via United States Parcel Service.  MiO will not except any collect shipping charges.  All garments produced fall under the NAFTA agreement.

Returns/Exchange with a receipt:  A full refund or exchange can be made in the form of the original payment if items are returned within 30 days of the purchase date.  

Returns/Exchange without a receipt:  MiO will be happy to make a merchandise exchange or issue a MiO gift card for the current selling price of the item(s) returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

We will send you an email to confirm that your return or exchange has been processed and the correct account has been credited.
