SHIPPING...NOT A PROBLEM!

At MiO we realize shipping fees can take the fun right out of shopping on-line, so we decided to introduce a FLAT RATE SHIPPING FEE OF $10!  It doesn’t matter how many pieces you order or where you live in Canada or the United States. You will only be charged $10 for shipping!

 Within Canada: 2-7 business days (depending on your location)

 Within United States: 6-12 business days (depending on your location)

RETURNS...NOT A PROBLEM EITHER!

MiO wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on clean, unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for a full refund or exchange. Returns and/or exchanges will be processed immediately upon receiving the ‘Return and Exchange Form”.  Click here.

Returns with a receipt:  A full refund can be made in the form of the original payment if items are returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Returns without a receipt:  MiO will be happy to make a merchandise exchange or issue a MiO gift card for the current selling price of the item(s) returned.
